Cookie Policy
What the ilgiERP website stores on your device, why it stores it, and how to remove it.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser during your visit and that your browser sends back automatically on later requests to the same site.
Browser local storage is not technically a cookie: it stays on your device and is not sent to the server automatically with every request. It is still a technology that writes data to your device and is subject to the same duty to inform, so we describe it here alongside cookies.
This policy covers the marketing website at https://ilgierp.com. Your full set of rights and how to exercise them are set out in our Data Protection Notice.
2. What we use
We set no cookies of our own on this site. The only thing we write to your device is a single entry in your browser's local storage, which simply remembers the theme you chose. Your language is not stored on your device; it is determined by the address of the page you visit (for example /en or /ar).
This entry contains no identifying information, does not measure visitor behaviour, builds no profile and is not shared with third parties. Our legal ground is legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
- ilgierp-theme — Purpose: remembers whether you chose the dark or light theme. Type: functional/preference. Retention: stays on your device until you or your browser clears it; it does not expire on its own.
3. What we do not use
None of the following is present on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy beforehand and, where required, ask for your explicit consent:
- Analytics and measurement tools — we run no visitor counter, heatmap or behaviour analytics software.
- Advertising, retargeting and conversion-tracking cookies.
- Social media pixels and embedded sharing widgets.
- Third-party technologies that track visitors across websites.
4. Fonts and external resources
Page fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts service. That request passes your browser's IP address and technical details of the request to the service; no cookie is written to your device on our behalf when a font loads.
Beyond that, our pages contain no third-party tracking code, advertising tag or embedded content.
5. Forms and the request number
When you submit the demo request, contact or partner application form, a random request number generated afresh for each submission is attached to the request. It is not stored on your device, it cannot recognise you across visits, and it is not a tracking identifier.
The purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data submitted through these forms are set out in our Data Protection Notice, and the parties it is shared with in our Privacy Policy.
6. Is consent required
Because we use no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, this site shows no cookie consent banner — there is nothing for you to accept or reject. The single entry we do use only remembers the theme you chose, and you can clear it from your browser whenever you like.
If we ever start using a non-essential cookie or similar technology, we will run it only after obtaining your explicit consent, offer a way to withdraw that consent just as easily, and update this policy before it takes effect.
7. Clearing and blocking in your browser
You can remove this entry at any time. Browser settings such as "clear site data" or "delete cookies and site data" remove local storage entries as well as cookies. If you browse in a private window, it is discarded automatically when you close it.
The only consequence of clearing or blocking it is that your theme preference is not remembered. The site keeps working and the theme follows your operating system's light or dark setting. Your language is never stored on your device; it is determined by the address you visit.
8. The ERP application uses different cookies
This policy describes the marketing website only. The ERP application used by subscribing organisations runs at a separate address and uses a session cookie there to keep you signed in.
That session cookie is strictly necessary to deliver the service: it authenticates you and keeps your session secure. Cookies of this kind do not require explicit consent. It ceases to be valid when you sign out or when the session expires.
Which party is the controller for data processed inside the application follows the distinction set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice: for the data a tenant uploads to the ERP, the tenant organisation is the controller.
9. Changes and contact
We update this policy whenever the technologies we use change; the date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
